HAS Managing Director Ian Rawson speaks at Emergency Management Summit

HAS Managing Director Ian Rawson has been invited to speak at the annual Emergency Management Summit in New York City.
The summit, which has traditionally been concerned with the management of emergencies in the United States, has asked Ian Rawson to speak about how a local institution in Haiti views the responses of international agencies in response to the earthquake and the cholera epidemic.
